HOW TO USE 
Wash your hair with shampoo, then apply the treatment to damp hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends where most damage occurs; leave it on for the recommended time (check the product instructions), and then rinse thoroughly before styling as usual; this treatment is typically used as a deep conditioning treatment to repair damaged hair from chemical treatments, heat styling, or environmental factors. 

Key points to remember:
- Apply after shampooing: Always use the treatment on damp hair after shampooing, not before. 
- Section your hair: For even distribution, section your hair and apply the treatment to each section. 
- Focus on damaged areas: Pay particular attention to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, as these are usually the most damaged sections.
