Apply a small amount (one press of the dispenser on short hair, two on medium hair length and three or more (individually) on long hair) to the palms, rub well (until warm) in the palms and distribute with smoothing movements over wet, clean hair, starting from the middle lengths with an emphasis on the ends of the hair (as a rule, the driest area along the length). On long hair, it is better to apply the product in parts for a more even distribution.
